2008 All-Arena Teams

NEW YORK – The Philadelphia Soul led all AFL teams with four players on the 2008 All-Arena First Team, the League announced today.

 

Philadelphia QB MATT D’ORAZIO, OL PHIL BOGLE, OL MARTIN BIBLA and WR CHRIS JACKSON were named All-Arena First Team.

 

D’Orazio led the AFL in passer rating (131.3) to earn his first All-Arena selection after leading the Soul to the top seed in the National Conference and best record in the AFL (13-3).

 

Cleveland FB MARLION JACKSON, who led the AFL in rushing attempts (108), yards (356) and tied for the League lead in rushing touchdowns (23), earned his second All-Arena selection in his fifth season.

 

Dallas DL COLSTON WEATHERINGTON earned his third consecutive All-Arena selection after leading the AFL in sacks (10.5) and ranking second in tackles for loss (11.0).
