Don’t miss the opportunity to watch as radio stations from across the nation conduct player, owner and celebrity interviews from Radio Row conveniently located in the Co-Headquarter Hotel: JW Marriott New Orleans. There will be three full-days of non-stop interviews and discussions on the latest AFL gossip. Radio Row will commence Thursday morning and continue through Saturday evening.

To help get the weekend started, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) will host an ArenaBowl XXII breakfast in the main ballroom of the JW Marriott New Orleans Hotel. The event will feature a warm welcome by Commissioner Baker along with athlete testimonials. Other guest speakers and FCA Representatives will be on hand to discuss the importance of faith and religion in their personal and professional lives and the ways in which the FCA works within the community. The Arena Football League rolls out its red carpet for a star-studded celebration, the ADT ArenaBall Awards Gala. The evening begins with a cocktail reception, followed by dinner and the Awards show presentation. Throughout the evening the AFL will celebrate the exemplary coaches, players and organizations of the Arena Football League’s 22nd season. Attire for this event is semi-formal (no tuxedos). A limited number of tickets are available.

Would you like the opportunity for your dancer to perform on-field at the Virgin Mobile ArenaBowl XXII at the New Orleans Arena as a member of the “Aarons AFL Dream Team Junior Dancers?” “Aaron’s AFL Dream Team Junior Dancers” will learn basic dance techniques, develop performance skills and perform during the Virgin Mobile ArenaBowl XXII Championship game on Sunday, July 27tht at 1:30 p.m. The program is open to dancers 6 to 18 years of age. The Arena Football League is excited to announce the newest event to the ArenaBowl XXII New Orleans Weekend: ArenaBowl XXII Kid Zone! Open to the public, this event is located at the VooDoo/Saints Complex in the outskirts of New Orleans and is filled with family oriented events and interactive games for kids of all ages. Come tour the VooDoo/Saints complex, test your skills in the Arena Skills challenge and interact with Aaron’s Dream Team Dancers and Mascots. This is one event that will entertain your whole family!

Only the most devoted and enthusiastic Arena Football fans will be able to handle the action and excitement surrounding the Harrah’s ArenaBowl Fan Party! There will be music by New Orleans’ own Rockin’ Doopsie, appearances by the VooDoo Dolls and Miller Girls and prize drawings for ArenaBowl XXII tickets and cold hard cash! As the party concludes, make your way over to JAX parking lot in the French Quarter for the Mitsubishi Motors ArenaBowl Extravaganza featuring Huey Lewis and the News just a few blocks away.

The Philadelphia Soul Band and Drum Line will lead the 2nd annual ArenaBowl street parade, beginning on Fulton Street at Harrah’s Casino at 5:30 p.m. March along to upbeat jazz standards throughout the streets of the French Quarter and end at Jax Brewery Parking Lot for the Mitsubishi Motors ArenaBowl Extravaganza!.

Join fellow AFL revelers on Girod Street outside the entrance of the New Orleans Arena for this FREE fan event. An interactive playground for fans of all ages, the Discover Card Fan Fest, will provide fans the chance to test their football skills, take pictures with their favorite mascots, players and Aaron’s Dream Team Dancers as well as visit numerous sponsor areas surrounding the street. Throughout the morning, local musicians will be playing live music to help get you pumped for the big game.
